How it began

From one mat to a community

Arogya Yoga Center began with a simple wish: to create a space where yoga felt welcoming, never intimidating.

We believe yoga is for every body — every age, shape, background and ability. No competition, no judgement. Just breath, movement and the quiet joy of coming back to yourself.

Hatha Yoga & Pranayama

Kavya leads every class at Arogya, weaving classical Hatha postures with pranayama (breathwork) to build strength, steadiness and calm. Her live online sessions welcome every level — from first-timers to seasoned practitioners.
