Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the traditional foundation of yoga: a balanced, unhurried practice of physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayama) and mindful stillness. We hold poses longer to build awareness, alignment, strength and flexibility, while calming the mind. Suitable for complete beginners and seasoned practitioners alike — every posture is offered with modifications so you can practise at your own level.
